1. How long will my order take, and what does shipping cost?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. shipping rates are shown at checkout. Orders over $75 ship free within the continental U.S. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
2. What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Email us immediately at bennybenejan@gmail.com with your order number — and a photo if anything arrived damaged. We'll file a carrier claim and send a replacement or issue a refund. You'll never be left paying for an order that didn't arrive safely.
3. What is your return policy?
Simple: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Email bennybenejan@gmail.com with your order number to start your return. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll refund your original payment method.
4. What is moringa, and why is it your hero ingredient?
Moringa oleifera — often called "nature's superfood" — is a nutrient-rich botanical packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids. We built Naturalux around it because it deeply nourishes hair, skin, and nails while keeping our formulas clean and plant-powered. It's the heart of nearly everything we make.
5. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are crafted with natural ingredients and are free from unnecessary synthetics — no harsh sulfates, parabens, or artificial dyes. They're cruelty-free, and most of the line is vegan and plant-based. Everyone's skin is different, though: we recommend a patch test on a small area before trying any new product, and please check the full ingredient list on each product page if you have known allergies.
6. How do I use the Growth Scalp Butter?
Scoop a small amount and warm it between your fingertips. Massage directly into your scalp in sections, focusing on dry or thinning areas. Leave on for at least 30 minutes — or overnight under a cap — then shampoo as usual. Use 2–3 times per week for best results.
7. How do I use Pure Moringa Oil?
A little goes a long way. For hair: smooth 2–3 drops over damp ends to tame frizz and add shine, or massage into the scalp as a pre-shampoo treatment. For skin: press a few drops onto clean, slightly damp skin as a lightweight daily moisturizer. For nails: massage one drop into each cuticle at night to keep them soft and strong.
8. How do I use the All Natural ZITUATION! Acne Spot Treatment?
Cleanse and pat skin dry, then dab a small amount directly onto blemishes — spot-treat only, not all over your face. Use once or twice daily until the spot calms. As with all skincare, patch test first and stop use if irritation occurs.
9. Do you offer wholesale, private label, or collaborations?
