Shipping Policy

We want your Naturalux order to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Here's exactly what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship on the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your order leaves our studio in Laurel Springs, NJ.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

• Orders over $75 ship free within the continental U.S.
• Standard shipping: calculated at checkout (USPS) — delivery estimate shown at checkout.
• International shipping: calculated at checkout. Rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, tell us right away at bennybenejan@gmail.com — include your order number and, for damage, a photo of the item. We will file a claim with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or a refund. You will never be left paying for an order that didn't arrive safely.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan items early), then contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
